Ordering Information
Orders can be placed via e-mail* to
studiobliss@earthlink.net *When ordering by e-mail, please include floorcloth title, size, and quantity as well as the shipping address and your phone number so that we can call you for payment information. All custom orders must be placed directly with the artist. Call Annie toll-free at 888-925-4474 anytime. All orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due prior to shipping. You will receive a 5% discount if you choose to pay in full at the time you place your order.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and checks.
All New Mexico residents must add 7.625% tax to their orders.

Shipping/Handling Floorcloths will be shipped rolled and protected in a box or tube. Please see the order form for the list of shipping charges. These include handling and insurance. We normally ship UPS, and FEDX for the larger rugs. Please notify us immediately of any damage during shipment so that we can file an insurance claim. IMPORTANT: Be sure to save all the packaging in which your floorcloth arrived. The standard procedure is for UPS to inspect the quality of the packaging in order to settle a claim. Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your new investment. If you choose to return one of our standard designs displayed on this site, we can issue a 50% credit towards your purchase of another floorcloth. Any difference in the balance will remain as credit. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom floorcloths are designed specifically for you so please be clear about what you want to avoid any problems. Again, we recommend you request a painted rendering of your custom design for your approval before you place your order. Refer to the custom page for more info.
